A New York and New Jersey Lawyer Who Represents Policyholders and Beneficiaries in Life Insurance Denial Cases

I am an attorney who is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

I have a special interest in representing individuals and beneficiaries who have been unfairly denied payment on life insurance policies by insurance companies. I also represent clients who have suffered other types of bad-faith insurance denials and insurance coverage disputes.

My professional memberships include the American Association for Justice (AAJ) (member: Insurance Law Section), the New York City Bar Association (member: Insurance Law Committee), and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. I am also a supporter of United Policyholders, an advocacy group for insurance policyholders.

I have litigated numerous cases in both state and federal courts and recovered millions of dollars for my clients.

I have also been a presenter at a Continuing Legal Education seminar entitled Bridging the Gap: Learning From the Stars sponsored by the New York State Bar Association

I have considerable experience as a volunteer attorney at the New York City Housing Court, the Cancer Advocacy Project at the New York City Bar Association, and at a tenant clinic sponsored by New York State Assemblyman Micah Kellner.
